Current condition of the piano is pristine. There are no defects anywhere on the finish. This piano spent the last 10 years in a living room and was pampered by the owner who thought of it as his prized possesion. I have played this piano extensively and will be playing it everyday until it´s sold. The action for a 9´ has a medium to light touch. This can be adjusted to heavier but I will not change anything until it is determined who the next owner will be and what they prefer.
